A GriefShare grief support group for adults grieving the death of a loved one is starting soon. Please join us for sign-up and Orientation on August 20, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Medicine Lodge Methodist Church. We will be meeting on Thursdays beginning September 3, 2026, for 13 weeks, ending Nov 19. Cost is $25 for workbook.
At GriefShare you’ll watch a weekly video with counsel and insights from respected experts and relatable personal stories—followed by a time of sharing and support. Session topics include what’s normal on grief; how to handle difficult emotions; and what to do with regrets, questions, and worries.

Mobile Pantry is today, June 24, from 12:30-1:15 pm in front of the church. Some items coming are: produce box, potatoes, corn flake cereal, crispy rice cereal, instant milk, raisins, apricots, cranberry sauce, uncle ben jasmine rice, swedish fish, roasted peanuts, brown gravy mix, ketchup packets, sriracha sauce, and the pantry bags. Anyone in ML, Sharon, Isabel, Sun City or Lake City in need of food assistance is welcome to attend. One visit per address.

Some items coming are: assorted bread, produce box, wheat bran cereal, toasted wheatful cereal, mac & cheese, instant milk, sour patch kids, swedish fish, berry fruit rope, brown gravy mix, eggs, and pantry mix. Anyone in Northern Barber County in need of food assistance is welcome to attend.

All are invited to come Sunday, May 3, at 9:30 for worship and to meet our potential summer intern, Jason Mercer. Jason is studying to be a pastor at Central Christian College and is interested in serving our church this summer as a music and worship intern. He will be helping with the worship Sunday morning.

This is a great opportunity to hear and meet Jason. He is very excited about participating in our worship service. A potluck will follow afterwards. Please bring a food item and join us Sunday!
