Return to the One Who Loves to Forgive

"Seek forgiveness from your Lord, then turn towards Him in repentance. Surely, my Lord is Very Merciful, Most Loving."(Hud 11:90)

One of the most beautiful Names of Allah mentioned in this verse is Al-Wadūd– The Most Loving. Allah does not merely forgive; He loves those who return to Him.

Every one of us makes mistakes, falls short, and struggles with sins. Yet Allah opens the door of forgiveness day and night and invites us back to Him. The path is simple: seek His forgiveness (Istighfār) and sincerely repent (Tawbah).

No sin is too great for Allah's mercy. No servant is too far away to return. A sincere moment of repentance can transform a lifetime of mistakes into a new beginning.

Today, take a few moments to say:
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّٰهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
"I seek Allah's forgiveness and repent to Him."

May Allah shower us with His mercy, forgive our sins, and make us among those whom He loves. Āmīn.

Allah’s Door of Mercy Is Still Open
Tell My servants that I am the Most-Forgiving, the Very-Merciful.”(15:49)

Allah begins by saying “My servants”—a reminder that even those who have fallen into sin are not abandoned by their Lord. He then describes Himself as Al-Ghafūr (The Most Forgiving) and Ar-Raḥīm (The Especially Merciful), inviting us to return with sincere repentance.

Shayṭān wants us to despair, but Allah wants us to hope. Every day is an opportunity to seek forgiveness, renew our faith, and draw closer to Him. The believer lives between hope and fear—hoping in Allah’s vast mercy while striving to avoid His displeasure.

Today, make sincere tawbah, forgive others, and never lose hope in the mercy of Allah.

Four Things the Prophet ﷺ Sought Refuge From

Among the beautiful supplications of the Prophet ﷺ was seeking Allah’s protection from four dangerous conditions that can harm a person’s faith and relationship with Allah.

🔹 Knowledge without action is a burden. True knowledge should bring us closer to Allah and improve our character.
🔹 A hard heart is a spiritual disease. The believer strives to soften the heart through Qur’an, dhikr, repentance, and reflection.
🔹 Du‘ā requires sincerity and obedience. We ask Allah to make us among those whose prayers are accepted.
🔹 Contentment is a treasure. A soul that is never satisfied remains restless no matter how much it possesses. True richness is the richness of the heart.
May Allah grant us beneficial knowledge, humble hearts, accepted supplications, and content souls. Āmīn.

Allah’s Promise to Protect the Qur’an

In a world where books, documents, and traditions can be altered, lost, or forgotten, Allah ﷻ made a unique promise regarding the Qur’an:

﴿ إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا ٱلذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَـٰفِظُونَ ﴾

"Indeed, it is We who sent down the Reminder (the Qur’an), and indeed, We will surely preserve it."(Surah Al-Hijr 15:9)

For over 1400 years, the Qur’an has remained unchanged, preserved in the hearts of millions and in written form across generations. This divine protection is a sign of Allah’s power and a reminder that His guidance will remain available for all who seek the truth.

Take time each day to recite, reflect upon, and live by the Qur’an. The Book that Allah has promised to protect is also the Book that can guide our hearts, families, and communities.

Begin Every Meal with the Name of Allah

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“The devil considers food lawful for him when Allah’s name is not mentioned over it.”
(Sahih Muslim)

Before taking the first bite, say:

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
Bismillah (In the Name of Allah)

A simple Sunnah that brings blessings to our food, protects us from Shayṭān, and reminds us that every blessing comes from Allah.

Let us teach this beautiful habit to our children and make it a part of every meal in our homes.

Every Illness Has a Cure: A Message of Hope and Trust in Allah

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave humanity a profound message of hope:

"Allah does not send down any disease, but He also sends down the cure for it."

"Allah does not send down any disease except that He also sends down its cure."
— Sunan Ibn Majah

No matter how difficult the illness, challenge, or trial may seem, a believer never loses hope.

Many cures are already known, while others are yet to be discovered. Every medical breakthrough is a reminder of Allah's mercy and wisdom. Therefore, when faced with sickness, do not despair. Turn to Allah, seek treatment, and remember that healing ultimately comes from Him.

Ash-Shāfī (The Healer) is Allah alone. Doctors treat, medicines assist, but Allah grants recovery.

Knowledge: A Path to Jannah at Every Age

The pursuit of knowledge is one of the noblest journeys a believer can undertake. In Islam, learning is not limited by age, profession, or stage of life. Whether you are a student, parent, professional, retiree, or new Muslim, the doors of knowledge remain open until our last breath.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

«مَنْ سَلَكَ طَرِيقًا يَلْتَمِسُ فِيهِ عِلْمًا سَهَّلَ اللَّهُ لَهُ بِهِ طَرِيقًا إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ»

*"Whoever travels a path seeking knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise."*
— Sahih Muslim

Every class attended, every page read, every Qur'an lesson learned, every question asked sincerely for the sake of Allah is a step toward Jannah.

Seek knowledge:
📖 To know Allah better.
🕌 To worship Him correctly.
❤️ To strengthen your faith.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 To guide your family.
🌍 To benefit humanity.

Never say, "I'm too old" or "It's too late." The companions learned, taught, and grew throughout their lives. The believer remains a student until meeting Allah.

May Allah make us among those who seek beneficial knowledge, act upon it, teach it to others, and attain Paradise through it. Āmīn.

🌙 Sacrifice, Submission, Knowledge & Marriage — Preparing Our Families for the Hereafter

We are still living in the blessed Days of Tashrīq — days of Dhikr, gratitude, sacrifice, and remembrance of Allah. The real question after Eid is not only what animal we sacrificed… but what part of ourselves we sacrificed for Allah.

Have we sacrificed:
• our ego?
• our sins?
• our addictions?
• our arrogance?
• our unlawful desires?
• our laziness in Salah?

“Their meat will not reach Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is your taqwā.” — Qur’an 22:37

This reminder will cover:
📖 The true meaning of sacrifice & submission
🎓 Graduation season & the importance of knowledge with īmān
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Raising righteous children in today’s world
💍 Marriage, family, and preparing our homes for the Hereafter
❤️ Lessons from the Sahābah and the life of Rasulullah ﷺ

Degrees, wealth, careers, and wedding celebrations will not enter the grave with us.
Only our deeds, sincerity, and relationship with Allah will remain.

May Allah accept our sacrifices, protect our youth, bless our graduates, grant righteous spouses, and place barakah in our homes and families. Āmīn.
