Lam. 3:22-23 The Lords Mercies are New Every Morning!

Every Morning when we wake up, new baby nerve cells have been born while we were sleeping. They are there at our disposal to be used in tearing down toxic thoughts and rebuilding healthy thoughts.
The birth of these new baby cells is called neurogenesis.
Every day God gives us a new day.. a new day to make right choices, to choose Happiness... Choose Joy. It is all retraining our brain. We were wired for Love. All of our mental circuitry is wired for only the positive. We were designed to make good choices... So our bad attitudes or negative thoughts and reactions were wired in by our choices.. Therefore can be wired out!
Neuroplasticity is the brains ability to change throughout our lifetime by changing our thought patterns. These new nerve cells are birthed daily for our mental benefit! The Lords Mercies are new every morning shows us how to get back control over our thoughts... and renew and rewire our thoughts in the direction we were originally designed to go. When we hope, it is an activity of the mind that changes the structure of our brain in a positive and normal direction. This verse is so full of hope and it is even backed up by biology. God amazes me.. Its not just a verse that tells us his mercies are new every morning...He gives us a scientific explanation of our brains and shows us he wired that into us. Mercy is compassion and forgiveness.. It doesn't matter how we have messed up or how much... God gives us a do-over every day! A new word.. a new hope... a new day!!
