📢 Volunteers Needed: Taylor County Point-In-Time (PIT) Count! 📢

Today Wednesday, July 22nd, we will be conducting the Point In Time Count in Taylor County. The PIT Count is a crucial twice-yearly effort across Wisconsin to understand the scope of homelessness. We count our neighbors experiencing homelessness, both those in shelters and those living in unsheltered situations, like cars or outdoors.

Why does this matter?

This data is vital for:
Understanding local needs.

Guiding funding decisions for essential services.
Tracking homelessness trends across the state to inform long-term solutions.

How can you get involved?

We rely on dedicated volunteers to ensure an accurate count. Your time can have a direct impact on the support available to those in need.

To volunteer or for more information, please call or text Amanda Newberry at 715-338-4894.

Join us in helping our community! Every person matters. Every count counts.
