Youth Group Mini Golf

Sunday, May 10th, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, join us for an evening of Mini Golf at the Rogue Valley Family Fun Center!

Yes, this event is on Mother's Day.

Teens, invite your mom! She is the most awesome person ever, so spend some time with your mom playing mini golf!

Moms, if you would prefer some "Me Time," feel free to drop the teens off with us. We'll keep them entertained for a couple of hours, allowing you to enjoy some much-deserved relaxation.

Please bring at least $10 for a round of mini golf. Consider bringing additional money if you would like to purchase food or enjoy the fun amenities available at the Family Fun Center.

**PRAYER NIGHT FOR CAMP**

Join us for a prayer gathering for Camp on Tuesday, April 28th, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Fireside Room. We’ll pray for the Southern Oregon Christian Camp, happening June 13th - 19th, focusing on a fun, safe environment and ensuring every camper encounters Jesus.

New sermon series!

In our lives, we often go through seasons when our expectations aren't met. We struggle to understand why we don’t feel close to others or to God, which can leave us feeling lost. Our circumstances seem broken. The minor prophets deliver a message from the Lord for these times. They call us to reflect on who God is and what He is doing when our expectations aren’t met. They speak powerful, often challenging words to help us realign ourselves and understand the broken lives we lead. The prophets’ messages are never simple or straightforward. They challenge clichés and encourage us to understand the true meaning of faith. They ask difficult questions. They don’t ignore the messes that fill much of our lives but rather call us to make sense of them in light of God’s work in the world. Join us on this journey through meaningful conversations about the uneasiness we experience in our lives as we explore 'God in the Ruins.’" This week, we will begin with Hosea. Please take some time to read through the book, and then join us on Sunday!

Prayer Night for our Missions

We believe in the power of prayer and would like to welcome you to join us this Thursday, March 12th, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM for an intentional prayer session focused on our missions. This year, we are participating in two trips: the Mexico mission later this month and the Mountain States Children's Home mission in Colorado this July. These efforts require significant planning and resources, but we embark on them to share the love of our Lord. Join us for an evening of prayer as we lift up these missions together. We look forward to praying with you!

Bowling Night at Lava Lanes
6th to 12th graders, join us for a fun night of bowling! Grab a friend and meet us at Lava Lanes at 6:00 PM. Bring $10 to help cover the cost of renting bowling shoes and playing a couple of games.

Where: Lava Lanes - 2980 Crater Lake Hwy, Medford, OR 97504
Bring: $10 to bowl. Bring extra money if you want any food, snacks, or to play in the arcade.

New sermon series!

When people interacted with Jesus, he invited them to reflect on the most meaningful parts of their lives. He always welcomed them to go deeper and discuss what truly matters, who they are. On our journey to Easter this year, we will explore how our relationship with Jesus creates space to consider what is happening in the most sacred areas of our lives. Join us in reading Matthew 4:1-11 as we begin our new series this Sunday, "Conversations with Jesus."

West Main is gearing up for camp! Southern Oregon Christian Camp promises to be not only fun but also a transformative experience for both the kids and our volunteers. It’s a time for everyone to experience the incredible power, depth, and grace of God’s love while building relationships with amazing kids from across Southern Oregon. However, we need many hands to make this impactful week happen.

If you are interested in joining our camp staff, we invite you to attend our Camp Volunteer Interest Meeting on Feb 24th, at 6:30 pm in the Fireside Room. Camp is an incredible experience, and we understand that it requires a significant commitment. There is no pressure to commit right away; we simply hope you will come to learn more about the camp and see if you would like to participate in this wonderful opportunity.

We are partnering with our brothers and sisters in Christ this spring break in San Felipe, Mexico, to serve their mission and support their congregation. Our group will leave on March 21st. This year, we have set a goal to help a family finally have a place to call home. We hope to add walls and a roof to the concrete pad we started for them last year. However, we need financial support to make this possible.

To support our fundraising efforts, we are hosting a special event! Join us on Saturday, February 21st, at 5:30 PM for a delicious Mexican dinner, free of charge. However, dessert will come at a cost through a Dessert Auction! Every dessert you purchase helps us move closer to our goal of providing a home for a deserving family. So come enjoy the meal and LET US EAT CAKE!
