Life can feel chaotic, overwhelming, and filled with anxiety. But in Philippians 4:4-9, the Apostle Paul -- writing from a Roman prison -- lays out a clear pathway from panic to peace. His message is simple and powerful: rejoice always, pray about everything, and give thanks to God for all he has done.

Peace is not the absence of hard circumstances. It is a guard placed over your heart and mind by God himself when you choose praise over panic and prayer over worry. That kind of peace passes all understanding -- and it is available to you today.
