If you choose paper at the grocery store and have any extras to spare, please drop them at the Food Pantry the next time you’re at church. We’re running low! And if you want to put any food or hygiene items in them, that’s even better. Thanks!!

As a Charter Member of Redeemer’s Angels, Barbara has been a constant and cherished presence from the very beginning. She lovingly serves as the custodian of our picture albums, preserving precious memories from over the years that tell the story of our shared journey.

Some of our members attended the American Heritage Girls award banquet last week. It was a beautiful evening highlighting these special young ladies. The strength and dignity they all show by dedicating themselves to this program lifted our spirits. Focusing on God and learning true beauty through service to one another and community gives promise to a bright future. Thank you Tedra for the invitation and congratulations to all for such impressive accomplishments! Also, thank you to Colleen for being our CDA representative.

A heartfelt thank you to the Redeemer Knights 11042 and MCMA (Mechanicsville Catholic Men’s Association) for their generous donation and delivery of 80 bags of mulch to the Bethlehem Monastery of the Poor Clares in Barhamsville, VA. We are grateful for their kindness, generous donation and service to the monastery and our community.

We appreciate the following Redeemer Knights: Steve Donohue, Brian Cook, David Baker, Tim Cook, Kirk McClure, Rick Gillespie, Mark Borysewicz, Bill Adams and Tad Stilwell. And thank you to Chris Lippman (Catholic Daughters of the Americas - State Regent) and Kathy Donohue (Court Redeemer’s Angels) who also joined in to help.

Mother V Therese from Poor Clare’s Monastery shared, “Blessings and peace to you! May God reward you abundantly for this gift and for bringing it to us. The Lord has brought us together in His loving goodness and we thank Him for your kindness to us!”
