This past weekend, we gathered for a beautiful ceremony to dedicate the Peace Pole at the heart of the Mechanicsburg Interfaith Peace Garden. 🌿🕊️ The Peace Pole stands as a symbol of unity, compassion, and our shared hope for peace across all faiths and communities.

We had such a joyful time celebrating Sukkot with our TBS family! Our community gathered in the sukkah to share a meal, wave the lulav and etrog, and give thanks for the many blessings of the season. 🌾✨

🌱✨ Today, members of Temple Beth Shalom, local Mechanicsburg churches, and Messiah University came together to break ground on something beautiful: Our Shalom Garden. A peace & sustainability garden project!

The first plants are in, and the spirit of community is already growing strong 🌼. This space will be more than just a garden, it’s a place for reflection, dialogue, learning, and unity.

With community support, donations, and shared labor already flowing in, this is just the beginning. 🌍❤️

Save The Date - Tues. June 18th at 7pm. - We are looking forward to our meaningful Eyewitness Testimony Series! To honor the Survivors and Liberators and learn about the consequences of hate and so many other important lessons the experiences teach us, we invite you to join us as we screen these videos and give the community the chance to hear these eyewitness testimonies. Following the screening of the individual testimonies, family members of the Survivors, Liberators, and Directors of the films will answer questions from the audience.
