We had the privilege of hearing from our elders this past week as we look ahead to a new year as a church family. 🤍 Each one shared something the Lord has been teaching them personally, giving us plenty to reflect on and carry with us into the year ahead.

Ben reminded us that the time is now to get involved and truly live for Christ. Eric encouraged us to make space to get away with the Lord and listen for His still, small voice. And Jonathon shared about the importance of daily disciplines as we continue running the race with Christ remembering that eternal life starts now and calling us to live *proleptically*.

And yes… there are only two pictures for three speakers. 😂 We were apparently a little too engaged with the message to remember to take a picture of Jonathon. Oops! 📸

So thankful for the wisdom, encouragement, and example of our elders!

From turning our space into a rainforest 🌿, to laughing, tearing up, and even helping create a song on the spot… what a JOY it was to be apart of their gift for storytelling and pulling everyone in but even more than that, their love for Jesus and the way they share who He truly is.

The book of James spoke straight to our hearts, challenged us in our actions, and reminded us of the truth of the gospel. 📖✨ Through that truth, we were able to encourage, support, and walk alongside one another as women growing together in Christ. 🤍🌿
We can’t wait to open the book of Hebrews this fall and continue learning, growing, and doing life together! 📚🍂☕️ We would love for you to join us! 🫶🏼🤍✨
