Christ Episcopal Church in Meadville celebrates its 200th anniversary.
This Gothic Revival church is a strong example of the English-style parish churches the Hewitt brothers designed after leaving Frank Furness in 1875. Built of weathered local sandstone, it features small buttresses, a steep roof, and a corner bell tower. The original iron yard railing remains. Inside is a single nave with exposed wooden trusses.
