Judith "Judy" Gay Doss
The funeral will be held on Friday, at 2 pm, April 22, 2022, at West Side Baptist Church in Mayodan, NC with Pastor Paul Sisk, Brother Jamie Doss, Brother Kevin Scotton, and Pastor Randy Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Obituary:
Judith Gay Farrell Doss, 76, of Lawsonville, NC died on April 15, 2022, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. She was born on September 18, 1945, in Rockingham County, NC to the late Beulah Chandler Farrell and Paul Lindo Farrell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Wayne Doss, daughter-in-law, Julie Doss, brother, Wilbur Farrell, and sister and brother-in-law, Peggy Farrell Joyce (Paul).
She was a member of the West Side Baptist Church in Mayodan, NC. She was a godly Christian woman, faithful to her church. She loved cooking for her family, fun times making biscuits and chocolate eclairs with her grandchildren.
She worked at Danbury Hospital and Tultex.
Surviving is her daughter, Wendy Scotton (Kevin) of Stokesdale, NC, sons, Danny Doss (Sherri) of Stoneville, NC, and Jamie Doss of Stuart, VA, brother Jimmie Farrell (Jeanette) of Mayodan, NC, grandchildren, Kyle Scotton (Dara), Nathan Doss (Amanda), Hannah Lamb (Brian), Sarah Doss (fiancé Caleb Hawkins), and Savannah Doss, great granddaughters, Brooke and Emily Scotton, Emery Doss, and Willow Lamb, step grandchildren, Ryan Tilley (Camille), Brittany Duncan (Cody), Hannah Voyles, Caleb Tilley (Kelly), Meaghan Williams (JT), Zach Tilley, step great grandchildren, Brymley and Oakley Duncan, Charlotte and Liam Voyles, Hazel and Adeline Tilley, Jetzyn Williams, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends can come by Norris Funeral Home in Stuart on Wednesday, after 1 pm, April 20,2022, to view body and sign the register.
Memorials may be made to Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.
