But in the spiritual realm?

It’s multiplication.

And if God isn’t in it…
all that effort leads to burnout.

But when He is?

Even small steps produce fruit.

The real shift is this:

Stop forcing your agenda…
and start aligning with His.

His power.

Your yes.

Because in the spiritual realm,
it’s not just effort — it’s multiplication.

And anything multiplied by zero…
is still zero.

Your yes matters more than you think.

Would you want to be defined by that?

Triggers don’t reveal identity —
they reveal what still needs healing.

That’s where wisdom comes in:
• have boundaries
• use discernment
• but don’t write people off

Preparing your heart.
Softening your spirit.

But most of that work?
You don’t even see it.

So when you take credit for the response…
you miss the source.

It closes what God was opening.

Here’s the trap:

The more you rely on rules,
the less you rely on God.

And when you fail?

You don’t run to Him…
you pull away from Him.

That’s where the cycle begins:
• shame
• striving
• performance
• burnout

Because healing doesn’t come from trying harder —
it comes from drawing strength from God.
