FIRSTkids, our Sunday evening children’s program for kids ages 3 years old through 6th grade, will begin September 10 at 4 p.m. We will be using a Vacation Bible School format in that the kids will be in small groups and rotate through Bible lesson, music/memory, and games. A meal for all will be served starting at 4 p.m. We believe this will be a fun time for the kids as well as a learning and worshipful evening. Plan to be at First Baptist Church, McNeil, AR on September 10 and please let your friends know.

Invites Children to Stellar
Vacation Bible School: Shine Jesus’ Light!

First Baptist Church, McNeil, AR., will host a summer kids’ event called Stellar VBS from June 19 to June 23. At Stellar, kids discover how they can shine Jesus’ love and hope in everyday life! Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and devour yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Bible Adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of Jesus’ light, and test out Sciency-Fun Gizmos they’ll take home and play with all summer long. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with a Cosmic Closing that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in daily for this special time at 7:40 p.m.
Kids at Stellar VBS will join a missions effort to provide Bibles for families in Zambia, Africa. Most villages have only 1 Bible. $10 will provide a Bible in their language.
Stellar is for kids from 3 years old to 6th grade and will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. each day. Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. for families and workers. For more information, call Kelly at 214-534-9875.
