Good Morning and Happy Fathers Day!! For all the fathers out there… I hope today you are able to be honored by your families. Each of you have been chosen and appointed, specifically to teach and father your children, no other man can do the job that God called you to. No other human is walking around with your DNA in them, being a father is forever. God put things in you that your children need, He knew what He was doing when He breathed life into our children. I have also realized that It doesn't matter the age of our children, they will always look to us fathers as leaders, even if they don't show it or say it. The deep desire of a child's heart is to be able to draw wisdom, strength, love, and friendship from their fathers. Just as we look to our Father in heaven for those things. So, Will we rise to the occasion or pass it off? I encourage you all to rise up and be the men that God has called you to be. If we are walking in our anointing we will draw what we need from our Heavenly Father. “The lovers of God will walk in integrity, and their children are fortunate to have godly parents as their examples.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭20:7‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Much love to you all!! Fortune favors the Bold! Rise up and be a mighty man of God!

Be bold in your faith and shine bright!!

““You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:13-16‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Good morning, May God bless your day!

1/16/20 Devotional: He is Strong Where We Are Weak!

Many times God will deliver us from situations, but what about when he doesn't? When the apostle Paul had a situation that caused him deep pain and frustration, he prayed multiple times for God to remove it. Gods response was..

And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.”

Paul goes on to accept Gods decision by saying...
Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:9-10‬ ‭NASB‬‬

May we embrace the sufferings God allows in our lives to shape us today. May we see the God who is with us in the fires of refinement.

Good morning and blessings to you all!!

1/12/20 Devotional: Total Surrender!

So often the things in our life that are our deepest desires, visions and callings are the things we will be called to sacrifice. The problem is our hearts are too obsessed, and consumed with them. Only when we fully surrender them to God can he give them back to us in a way that is healthy and more abundant than we could've even dreamed. Praying today we will surrender to things closest to our hearts and that God will restore and return them.
"Help us Abba to surrender and trust you, It's hard to let go."

“Some time later, God tested Abraham’s faith. “Abraham!” God called. “Yes,” he replied. “Here I am.” “Take your son, your only son—yes, Isaac, whom you love so much—and go to the land of Moriah. Go and sacrifice him as a burnt offering on one of the mountains, which I will show you.”...

“This is what the Lord says: Because you have obeyed me and have not withheld even your son, your only son, I swear by my own name that I will certainly bless you. I will multiply your descendants beyond number, like the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will conquer the cities of their enemies. And through your descendants all the nations of the earth will be blessed—all because you have obeyed me.””
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭22:1-2, 16-18‬ ‭NLT

Good evening! Blessings to you all!

1/9/20 Devotional: Build on The Rock!

Jesus said...

““Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock. But anyone who hears my teaching and doesn’t obey it is foolish, like a person who builds a house on sand. When the rains and floods come and the winds beat against that house, it will collapse with a mighty crash.””
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:24-27‬ ‭NLT‬‬

May we learn to build on His wisdom and in His ways. When things do fall apart, May we learn to cry out to him and ask him to teach us how to build in his ways. May your life be abundant and full.

Good Morning to you all! May your day be blessed!

1/8/20 Devotional: Trust in Gods Love

Jesus said....

““That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are? Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? “And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith? “So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:25-34‬ ‭NLT‬‬

May you know the peace of what learning to trust in God‘s love can bring you. It is a lifelong, daily challenging growth. Every day we will be asked in someway whether or not we trust him? He is always stretching us beyond our comfort so that we can know him more. Praying you would know the intimacy and beauty of connection and relationship with God today. He is always with you. Don't let a day go by without being aware of his love for you and desire to be known by you.

Good Morning to all! May your day be blessed!

1/7/20 Devotional: IT Will Come!

“And Abram believed the Lord, and the Lord counted him as righteous because of his faith.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭15:6‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Abram, who had waited many years, and would wait many more, for Gods promise to be fulfilled, trusted God. He didn't do it perfectly, in fact many times he took things into his own hands trying to make it happen and things got much worse. But ultimately he wrestled and continued to grow in his trust. In Gods time, things are fulfilled perfectly. May we have wisdom and patience to wait for God to fulfill his promises to us, May we believe him, it is hard, it will take longer than we want, it will look different than we think, and we will be changed in the process. It will reveal many of the areas in us that need to be transformed, but don't lose hope and quit pursuing. Press in, be close to God, and continue to believe. It will come!!!
