Yesterday was our club fair and we had over 100 students sign up. We are so excited for this school year and we hope that these students will keep their eyes on the Lord. FCA and YFC are geared toward sharing the love of Christ with athletes as well as students. Thank you Seth Moore and Hallie Wilkerson for working the table yesterday.

Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. Colossians 3:23

On Friday the FCA had their monthly club meeting. We would like to thank Jeff Robinson for coming to the school to share with us. Jeff does so much for the youth of Hamilton County and we greatly appreciate it!

This morning we received this message from Reece. “Hey, tomorrow is your day to pray for my team and me in India! Pray that we get some good rest tomorrow and also pray for the kids at the soccer camp we got to be with the last couple of days. We weren’t able to openly share the Gospel, but we told Old Testament stories and got to reference things like “Joseph’s God.” Just pray that God would water the seeds that were planted the last couple of days. Let me know how I can pray for you too!” Please continuing praying for Reese and his team and that God’s works will be done.

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

The FCA is so excited to be given the opportunity to donate to two causes near to our hearts. The first is Reece Johnson’s trip to intern for the FCA in India. He has asked that we join together in prayer on June 19th so please keep him in your prayers on that day especially but also through the month as well. The second is Freedom Missionary Baptist Church’s mission trip to Juarez , Mexico. In the past many churches have donated to the FCA and we are beyond thrilled to give back to them. We ask that during the week of June 8th through the 15th you would keep them in your prayers as well.
