King’s House

King’s House Psalm 132:4-5 "I will not give sleep to my eyes or slumber to my eyelids, until I find a resting place for the Lord..."

Meleah House of Prayer seeks to establish day and night prayer in our region, in the spirit of the tabernacle of David.

Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart, 2 saying: “There was in a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor regard man. 3 Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying,‘Get justice for me from my adversary.’ 4 And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, ‘Though I do not fear God nor regard man, 5 yet because this widow troubles me I will [https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=luke%2018&version=nkjv -nkjv-25694c]avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.’ ”
6 Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. 7 And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? 8 I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”-Luke 18:1-8

Every believer is engaged in a spiritual battle. We face the pressure of the world around us, the desires of the flesh within us, the attacks of the enemy against us, and a battle for truth in our minds. But God has not called us into warfare and left us defenseless.

In Ephesians 6:14–20, Paul reveals the armor God provides—the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, gospel of peace, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, sword of the Spirit, and persevering prayer.
This Sunday at King’s House, we’ll discover how each piece equips us to stand firm against the enemy, overcome his lies, remain strong in Christ, and advance the gospel even in the face of spiritual opposition.
The battle is real, but God has given us everything we need to stand.

Join us this Sunday as we continue our verse-by-verse journey through Ephesians!
