ICO McKinney is a new church plant in the McKinney area, previously the church was located in Desoto, Texas until February 2013 when part of it was replanted and relocated to McKinney. The ICO McKinney location began with a small group of faithful believers meeting for home bible study and prayer weekly in the McKinney area and commuting for worship to ICO Desoto. Under the leadership Pastor Dyson
worship services were expanded to Sundays in the McKinney area and our first building was secured in the area and we moved in on the first Sunday of February 2013. We are believing God for great and wonderful things in the days ahead. We are a small growing church with a big vision for God and we are committed ourselves to the spreading of the truth of God’s Word to the ever-growing McKinney area. We believe our task is reflected in the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:18-20: To present Christ, pursue obedience to Him, and prepare others for Christian service. ICO has a deep commitment to equipping believers to live victoriously in-spite of whatever circumstances they may face. You will find that the bible is taught and preached verse-by-verse in a manner that is very practical. You will find all of our leaders are held to ministry accountability standards. All members are asked to get involved and help make a difference in some way in the lives of others and the church. We pray that you will decide to come and take the journey with us, your life will be changed, the lives of your family members will be changed. You in fact will grow and become a change agent, a vessel used by God to make a difference in the lives of others. We pray that you would pray about starting the journey with us as we move forward to do something in the Greater McKinney area which has not been done before.
