Are you hungry for a church that looks more like Acts 2 than a show? Come as you are and bring your Bible. At Assembly of the Acts we gather Sundays at 9:00 AM in McKinney to study Scripture plainly, worship without spectacle, share prayer, and welcome the Holy Spirit as every believer participates, not just watches. No pressure, no titles, just simple, Christ-centered fellowship and a plurality of elders guiding our life together. We meet at 3128 Hudson Crossing, Unit G4. Do You Have a Pastor or Just a Favorite Preacher?

Here's a question most Christians have never considered:
Who will stand before God to give an account of how they watched over YOUR soul?

The Bible says pastors "watch for your souls, as they that must give account" (Hebrews 13:17).

That's not talking about someone whose sermons you stream. It's talking about a shepherd who:
✓ Knows your name and story
✓ Walks with you through life's trials
✓ Has spiritual oversight of your soul
✓ Will answer to God for how he cared for you

THE DIFFERENCE MATTERS:
🎤 A PREACHER proclaims truth to the masses
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A PASTOR shepherds specific souls

Jesus said, "I know my sheep, and am known of mine" (John 10:14). That's proximity language. You can't be shepherded by someone who doesn't know you exist.

Many believers today:
❌ Follow online preachers they'll never meet
❌ Consume content but have no accountability
❌ Mistake teaching for training
❌ Have instructors but no spiritual fathers

Paul said it plainly: "Though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers" (1 Cor 4:15).

AT ASSEMBLY OF THE ACTS Christian Fellowship, we're building a shepherded community where:
• People are known by name
• Elders walk with the flock
• Discipleship happens in homes, not just from platforms
• Every soul is accounted for

Because your soul is worth more than a subscription or a "like."
Discipleship requires relationship, not attendance.

On the door frame of our life is the blood of Jesus Christ. Therefore, we will not fear, in the mighty name of Jesus.

Worship with us at the Assembly of the Acts this week.

"God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." (John 4:24)

Join us Sundays at 9AM in McKinney.

What if church looked more like the Book of Acts than a weekly event?

The first believers devoted themselves to four simple things:

• The apostles' doctrine
• Fellowship
• The breaking of bread
• Prayer (Acts 2:42)

Not a show.
Not a personality.
Not an entertainment experience.

Just believers gathering around Christ, His Word, and one another.

That is the pattern we are pursuing at Assembly of the Acts Christian Fellowship in McKinney, Texas.

We believe the church is more than a place you attend. It is a people who gather to live out the life of Christ together.

That means:

✓ Scripture governs everything we do.
✓ The gathering is participatory, not spectator-based.
✓ The gifts of the Holy Spirit are welcomed and tested by Scripture.
✓ Leadership is shared through a plurality of biblically recognized elders.
✓ Fellowship is more than a handshake before going home.

We are not trying to reinvent church, just trying to recover the New Testament pattern.

If you've been longing for a Bible-centered, Spirit-led fellowship where Christ is central, the Word is taken seriously, and believers genuinely participate in the life of the body, we would love to meet you.

If you're in McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Prosper, or anywhere in the DFW of North Texas area, consider a visit.

Question for discussion:

When you read Acts 2:42, which of those four commitments do you think the modern church needs to recover most?

Behind every unexplained rejection, every sudden shift in a relationship, every door that keeps closing for no clear reason, or every failure, there is often an unseen force at work. The following prayer is a spiritual warfare decree. A prayer of binding what has been operating covertly, and in the cover of darkness, and loosing you into the freedom Christ already purchased on the cross over two thousand years ago.

HOLY COMMUNION SUNDAY
The first Sunday of the month brings us again to the Lord’s Table.
Before we begin a new month, we return to the cross.

We gather not merely around a meeting, but around the Word, in prayer, in fellowship, and around the Lord’s Table.

Holy Communion is not an empty religious ritual. It is a sacred remembrance of the body of Christ given for us and His blood shed for the remission of sins. It is also a time to examine ourselves, renew our fellowship with Christ, and remember the covenant secured through His sacrifice.

“Let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.” (1 Corinthians 11:28)

Come prayerfully. Come with a heart of gratitude. Come ready to remember Christ and proclaim His death until He comes.

Join us at Assembly of the Acts Christian Fellowship.

God Has Already Made A Way of Escape
Temptation, struggle, delay, sickness, financial pressure, immigration battles, family issues, and personal burdens can make a believer feel alone. But Scripture reminds us that no temptation has taken us except what is common to man, and God is faithful to make a way of escape.

Temptation, struggle, delay, sickness, financial pressure, immigration battles, family issues, and personal burdens can make a believer feel alone. But Scrip...
