This youth group just continues to amaze us! 🥹❤️ We’re seeing so many of our students gain the courage to pray out loud, speak up, and share their thoughts during small group discussions. OY kids are growing, changing, and truly showing that they LIVE FOR GOD through their actions! 🙌

Here are a few takeaways from last week:

🎉 True fun doesn’t require a cover-up!
Godly fun doesn’t mean being mean, rude, or causing harm. True Godly fun is something that everyone can enjoy! We don’t have to hurt others to have a good time.

👣 What you take in is what will come out.
When we follow God’s footsteps, His character should begin showing through us. This world makes it easy to stumble, but when we turn back toward God and His ways, He shows us how we’re called to live.

📖 Ecclesiastes 8:15 reminds us that enjoying life and having fun is a good thing! God is the maker of fun, and He wants us to enjoy the life He has given us. But while we have fun, we also need to listen to His warnings and stay on the path He has set before us.

So OY… have fun, love people, follow God, and let your actions show WHOSE you are! ❤️‍🔥

Keep growing. Keep speaking up. Keep praying boldly. Keep living for Jesus! 🙌

God is known for so many incredible things, but one thing we can always count on is that He is our Rock. He has been there for every person, every generation, and He will continue to be there for us.

📖✨ BIBLE VERSE OF THE WEEK! ✨📖

This week, we’re holding onto a powerful reminder from Psalm 100:5 NLT:

“For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation.”

We humans may not be perfect, but God’s love is! ❤️ His love never runs out, never fails, and never changes. He continues to love His children through every season and through every generation.

No matter where you are or what you’re facing, remember this: God is good, His love is unfailing, and His faithfulness will never end. 🙌

DC📚✏️ THE SEMESTER IS IN FULL SWING! ✏️📚

School is officially back, which means it’s time to bring your best—not just in the classroom, but in your walk with Christ! 🙌❤️

Here are a few ways you can bring Christ into your school:

✨ Be a light. — Let your words and actions reflect Jesus.
🤝 Love others. — Include people, encourage your friends, and show kindness.
🙏 Pray. — Pray for your school, teachers, friends, and classmates.
📖 Stand on God’s Word. — Don’t be afraid to live out your faith.
❤️ Serve others. — Look for opportunities to help someone who needs it.
🗣️ Invite a friend. — You never know how one invitation could impact someone’s life.
🔥 Be an example. — You don’t have to be the oldest, loudest, or most popular person to make a difference.

Remember: You don’t have to leave your faith at the church doors. Jesus belongs in every part of your life—including your school!

“Let your light shine before others…” — Matthew 5:16 💡

So this semester, let’s GO BE THE LIGHT! 🌎🔥
