Recently I was asked to hold a short service celebrating the lives of those names that are on the traveling Viet Nam memorial wall. I was reminded during preparation that all lives are precious, and God has no enemies, except evil. I shared the platform with Astronaut James Lovell, and was so impressed with his genuine humility. Not one mention of his achievements, but total recognition of those that sacrificed for our freedom. Gratitude can have a huge impact on your attitude. thank you God for the sacrifice of your son, for our eternal freedom.

Celebrated 4 men graduating from Dads class held at the McHenry County jail Sunday June 4th, 2018. All four of these men had a transformation in their lives, that was very evident. To see and hear Men talk about wanting to be great fathers, and husbands is so rewarding, and we get to witness the power of the Holy Spirit doing his work.

Recently a team returned from teaching a Dads class in the Greenville Federal Correction facility. They reported having at least two Muslims in the class, which is Bible based. Both men stayed for the entire two days, and engaged in a civil dialogue regarding salvation and heaven. God promises His word will not go void, so we rest in him that none perish. Heard from numerous other offenders how grateful they were that we came and shared this information. One inmate shared that He had not heard from his son in a year, and this week was his birthday, and by chance he checked to see if there was any mail when he got back to his cell house, and there was a handmade card from his little boy, wishing him happy birthday. He was sobbing while telling the story.

Dear Friends,

Naomi, one of our Agape House graduating students, is asking for prayers this morning for God's direction for her future. The door in the direction she thought she was going has just been closed.

Please also pray for her to have peace as she waits to hear what direction God desires her to go, and that she does not have anxiety while waiting.

"For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.." ~ Jeremiah 29:11

Don't you just love it that this young lady knows God has a plan for her, and that she can reach out to all of you for prayers?

Praise God and thank you!!!

Blessings . . .

Jan Baker
