Retreat at Palyul USA Traditional Tibetan Retreat Center -- in the United States! Our retreat is operated as the step-by-step path as originally done in Tibet.

First-time students start with the Preliminaries known as "Ngondro," the Four Foundations. They progress in their second year to the Inner Heat-generating yoga known as Tsa Lung Tummo. From the third year onwards, students learn the precious Dzogchen teachings, the Great Perfection. The opportunity for a personal interview with our lamas is part of the retreat experience so students receive the ri

ght amount of guidance. Individual class practice sessions lead by senior monks from the late His Holiness Penor Rinpoche's household - and approved by him as class leaders - allow students to really experience the teachings and ask questions whenever they arise. We hope you can join us!
