Message Summary – Sunday, August 24, 2025
Scripture: Jonah 1:1-7
Topic: “You Can’t Hide”

Superintendent Clark reminded us that no matter where we go, God is already there. We can’t run from Him—only to Him. Just as Jonah tried to flee, God will send signs and reminders that His eyes are always on us. This walk with God is personal, and we must each run our own race. When we try to run away, we only find ourselves running back to Him. Now is the time to repent and make up our minds to fully follow the Lord.

Sunday Recap – June 27, 2025
Scriptures: James 1:5–8, James 4:8
Topic: Make Up Your Mind
Preached by: Superintendent Clark

This powerful message from Superintendent Clark reminded us that God is calling us to have a made-up mind and a heart full of faith. Some things God won’t give us if He knows they’re not good for us. Suffering has its place—it builds patience and strength.

You can’t serve two masters. God wants a single, committed heart. Give Him your everything—especially your faith.

If you can believe, all things are possible. Don’t let what someone did to you make you doubt what God can do for you. Unbelief will hold you back, but total faith will launch you forward.

💬 Make up your mind, trust God completely, and watch Him move!

Sermon Recap – Sunday, June 20, 2025
Superintendent Perry Clark

Scriptures: Ecclesiastes 12: 1
“Remember Your Creator”

Superintendent Clark delivered a powerful and heartfelt message centered around the call to remember your Creator while you are young. Drawing from Ecclesiastes 12, he reminded the congregation that life is short and filled with challenges, but the best time to build a strong relationship with God is now—while we have strength, clarity, and youth on our side. He emphasized that God should not be a last resort, but our first love and foundation.

He reminded us of God’s everlasting covenant of peace and protection. Even when we feel abandoned or overwhelmed by life’s storms, God promises to never leave or forsake us. He’s a keeper—He’s kept us through hard times, and He’ll continue to be our shield.

The message urged everyone, especially the youth, not to take life for granted. Though we may be promised 70 years, those years won’t always be easy. There will be trials, losses, and storms. But through it all, God remains faithful. Clark encouraged everyone to keep going, even when life gets tough, because God gives us strength for the journey.

He closed with a charge to thank God while we can—to give Him praise now, not just when we’re older and looking back. Don’t wait until trouble comes or time runs out to honor Him. Worship Him now. Serve Him now. Remember Him now.

Life Lesson:
Remembering God early sets the tone for a life of peace, purpose, and protection. The earlier you build your relationship with God, the stronger you’ll stand when storms come. Don’t forget your Creator—He never forgot you.

Sermon Summary – Sunday, July 13, 2025
Delivered by Superintendent Perry Clark

Title: “Just Hold On”
Key Scripture: 2 Corinthians 4:16-17

Superintendent Perry Clark delivered a powerful and uplifting message titled “Just Hold On.” “This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me,” he reminded us that even in our lowest moments, God’s Word is our source of life, light, and hope.

The message encouraged everyone who may be struggling, worrying, or weary—don’t give up. Just hold on. Whatever you’re facing, God already has a plan, and His promises are true. Although many are the afflictions of the righteous, God will deliver us out of them all.

Superintendent Clark emphasized that the Word of God is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path, guiding us through the darkest seasons. When it feels like the pressure is too much, remember 2 Corinthians 4:16-17—your current troubles are temporary and producing a far greater glory.

Key Takeaway:
No matter what you’re going through, you can make it—if you just hold on. God’s Word will comfort you, sustain you, and carry you through.

June 22, 2025 – Sunday Sermon Recap
📖 Philippians 4:19 – “God is my supplier”

Today’s powerful message was delivered by Superintendent Clark, reminding us that God is our ultimate supplier. No matter the season we’re in, God will provide everything we need—right on time. He doesn’t operate on our schedule, but He always shows up when it matters most.

🙌 We were reminded that all things are working together for our good, even when life feels uncertain. Don’t let your current struggle distract you from your calling. What you’re going through doesn’t cancel what God has called you to do.

God gives strength in the middle of the storm, peace in the middle of chaos, and provision in times of lack. Trust Him, stay faithful, and watch Him supply every need.

Happy Father’s Day! 🙌🏾👔

Today’s message from Superintendent Clark was a heartfelt reminder of what it means to be a Godly Father — and to be grateful for the one you have.

📖 Ephesians 6:1-4

🔑 Key Takeaways:
• No father is perfect — only our Heavenly Father is.
• Children, don’t compare your dad to others. Be thankful for the one God gave you. If you’re taken care of, that’s a blessing in itself.
• Fathers, teach by example, not just by words. Your walk is your training tool.
• A Godly father disciplines in love, provides balance, and prays without ceasing.
• Real fathers want to see their children prosper, not struggle.
• Men, don’t leave the whole load on your wives. Cover your family in prayer and stay alert to where the enemy may try to enter.
• You must work with what God gave you — and He will multiply it.
• Give God time every day and He’ll show you what a true Father really is.

🙌🏾 “God is my EVERYTHING — water in dry places, a doctor in the sick room, a lawyer in the courtroom, my leaning post, my Savior. Even when your earthly father can’t be there, your Heavenly Father never leaves.”
