* 7 WAYS TO STOP STRESSING OVER THINGS YOU CAN'T CONTROL…
(I read this a little while back but thought it was worth reviewing & sharing):

1. Begin with PRAYER…God can handle it.
2. Focus on what you can change…
your actions, decisions, and how you respond.
3. Stop overthinking every outcome…
not everything will go according to plan, and that's okay.
4. Set boundaries…not everything requires your attention.
5. Learn to let things go…some situations don’t need your reaction.
6. Give yourself permission to rest & pace yourself…you don't have to solve everything today.
7. Choose daily how you steward your time; use it wisely…not everything deserves your time and energy.

Don't let problems steal your joy and peace of mind. Sometimes the best thing you can do is to let things go and keep moving forward…still learning but passing on info that may help someone else too. (Adapted)
