We hope to see you tomorrow for Sunday School at 10AM followed by Morning Worship at 11AM, and we also hope you’ll join us for baptism tomorrow afternoon.

There are countless reasons church attendance matters, but here are just a few to consider. We weren’t meant to follow Him alone!

•We need to worship & feel His presence
•We need to hear The Word, strengthen & grow our faith, & stay rooted in Truth
•We need to pray together
•We need to experience unity in Christ
•We need to continually be reminded to love like Jesus and share that love with the world
•We need to serve others with our spiritual gifts
•We need to raise the next generation in faith
•We need encouragement & accountability

“Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) and let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭23‬-‭25‬ ‭KJV

We hope to see you tomorrow evening at 7PM for our weekly prayer meeting and children & youth activities.

We are praising The Lord for who He is, what He has done, and for another opportunity to gather together this morning, and we hope that you will be with us, too! Sunday School begins at 10AM followed by Morning Worship at 11AM. There will be no evening services at MGT this evening, August 23. We will be joining Hipps Chapel Church for their revival at 6PM, and we hope you will join us for that, too!

What a beautiful day God has given us to come and worship together ☀️

Sunday School will begin at 10AM followed by Morning Worship at 11AM. We will also be worshipping with our friends at The Lodge at Blue Ridge Senior Living Community this afternoon at 3PM, so we will not be having evening services at MGT this evening, August 16.

We are so thankful for another opportunity to gather together this morning, and we hope that you will be with us, too! Sunday School begins at 10AM followed by Morning Worship at 11AM. There will be no evening services at MGT this evening, August 9. We will be joining Pleasant Hill Baptist Church for their revival at 6PM, and we hope you will join us for that, too!

We want to thank everyone, once again, for joining us for our Back To School prayer service last week. We are so thankful for all the answered prayers during last school year… God is so good! Last week we were reminded of some great needs to be in prayer for throughout the year, and, as the ‘26-‘27 school year begins today, we continue to be in prayer for those needs, and we wish everyone a great first day of school! 🎒 ✏️ 📚

“Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

Due to the current conditions in McCaysville, McCaysville Gospel Tabernacle services are cancelled today, Sunday, August 2, 2026.

Please stay safe and be in prayer for those out working, as well as those affected by the recent weather.

Duty or delight? Have to or get to? Going to church and being a Christian isn’t something we just do; it’s something we are excited about and thankful for, and we hope that you will join us in delighting in The Lord, too! God is so good!
