Last session of RFG at 6:30 tonight! 5k is this Saturday!

We will not meet tonight as most of our runners are on the men's fishing trip!
We will have our last session for the year on 10/29, and will run the 5k on 11/2!

The Mountain Brook FOP 5K Pig Run and 1 Mile Fun Run is on Saturday November 2, 2024. It includes the following events: FOP Pig Run and 1 Mile Run/Walk.

Hey everyone! A couple of things...
No running/walking this Tuesday due to Southwest Revival!

Also, we have changed our 5k race place/date.
We will no longer be doing the one on 10/12. We will now be targeting an 11/2 race in Mountain Brook. So, if you've missed a couple of weeks, come on back out and get ready! I'll post the sign-up for that race shortly. We will be out there Tuesday, 10/15, 10/22, and 10/29 to prepare, and that will mark the end of RFG for this year!
