Last week Naomi returned to Bethlehem believing her life had become empty and bitter. This week, God begins to reveal that He has not abandoned her after all. Through an ordinary day in an ordinary field, Ruth encounters unexpected kindness, provision, and grace. Today’s reading reminds us that God often works through everyday people and everyday circumstances, quietly providing exactly what we need and renewing hope when we least expect it.

2025-2026 was another awesome year of High School Youth Group! We celebrated Sunday night with the Final Youth Group Party🎉Thank you to each of the adult mentors who make these Sunday nights possible, and the families who trust their youth to us each week. God is so good.

On Pentecost, we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit poured out upon the followers of Jesus. In Acts 2, the Spirit arrives with wind, fire, boldness, and the power to proclaim the good news to the world. In Philippians 4, we hear of the inward work of God’s presence—bringing peace, joy, gentleness, and freedom from fear. Together, these texts remind us that through the Holy Spirit, God is near: transforming hearts inwardly and empowering lives outwardly.
