Inspired by 1 Kings 18:20-46, where the prophet Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel, this 12-week prayer challenge invites you to seek a fresh ignition of God's fire in your life. As Elijah's unwavering dedication and devotion led to the miraculous descent of God's fire, we invite you to embark on a journey of spiritual renewal and empowerment.

Our Objective:
To create an atmosphere where the fire of God can fall upon our lives, ministries, and communities, just as it did on Mount Carmel.

Our Commitment:
Through persistent prayer, dedication, and devotion, we will seek God's face, surrender our lives to His will, and trust in His power to transform us.

The Promise:
As we humble ourselves, pray, and seek God's face, we can expect to experience a revival of faith, a renewal of our spirits, and a demonstration of God's power in our lives.

Memorial Day is a Grateful Day

Memorial Day is more than backyard barbecues, fire works, beach parties and holiday festivities. Yes, it goes far beyond a day off work that leads to a three-day weekend or better yet a day that kicks off summer, It’s a day of gratitude.

For me and many others, it has a personal significance and meaning. It’s a day to remember & thank God for men & women who have sacrificed their families, fought & even died for their country. Today I not only tip my hat and raise my glass. I pause for the cause with a moment of silence with a bowed down head & grateful heart for my amazing courageous grand father; General Ezra Dugan who served in the United States Army based in Ft. Worth Georgia for over 30 years.

Let’s us pause in our day to say a special prayer for people like my Grand Daddy and the many thousands of others who have and are currently serving our country. Regardless of their rank or status quo, past or present; each one has a journey in time; each is a narrative; each is a story of selfless love and sacrifice. Everyone is unique but they have so much in common of their sacrificing love and dedication to their country.

Truly it was their brave hearts, courageous, willing spirit and self-less actions that we so freely enjoy and live in this great country. They are true warriors, they are the ones we celebrate and we are forever grateful for them and their families.

It is my prayer that:
“The Lord bless thee, and keep thee:
The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace..”’
Numbers 6:24-26

The King Daughters Ministry Scholarship opportunities are available for all graduating seniors. Eligibility: All application fields must be completely filled out with required documentation attached. Incomplete applications will not be considered. You will be automatically considered based on your completed application.
Scholarships are awarded based on a variety of criteria including
• High School Senior (GPA of 2.5 or higher)
• Demonstrate Financial need
• Active member of a faith-based institution
• Community service activities
• Other reasons that reflect the values and purposes of the donor

“To know your worth is to believe in your intrinsic value as a human being, and to know that you are worthy of respect and acceptance from others.”

In this new year you must realize and walk in authority that you deserve to be accepted by others. To be wanted, to be seen, loved, and valued. Life may have presented you opportunities that made you feel like you didn’t or at one time couldn’t measure up to other’s expectations and standards. Many times you may have ended up seeking validation from all the wrong people and places.

Please take this new year to examine your self and elevate yourself in the Lord. He’s the only validation you need. Be forever thankful for you, and who He’s created you to be. Like yourself, love yourself and give yourself nothing but the best. Don’t make a resolution. Make the decision today to live life so HE can elevate you, exult you and set you free to be you.
Don’t make a resolution live your life with a solution. The solution is found in Proverbs 3:5 and six trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean to your own understanding, and all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths.
This is your year to walk that solution . To start uncovering all the misconceptions you’ve held regarding what determines your worth. This is your year to start to see yourself as God sees you.

You’ve met and will continue to meet many people.
Let me tell you, in life you'll realize that there is a purpose for everybody you meet.
Some are there to test you. Some will use you and maybe even abuse you. Some will teach you. Some reach you, pull you in and bring out the best in you. Know who's who & above all...Know your worth!

The truth is in Christ we are inherently loved, accepted and worthy to live an abundant life. To know who we are, and whose we are to carry ourselves as such.
We are image bearers of the one True God. As the image barrier of Christ , you deserve and should accept nothing but the best for you because you are WORTHY! Know it and never forget it.

In this new year I challenge you to walk your worthiness by working God‘s plan for you - Jeremiah 29:11.

1. Seeking GOD first. (Matthew 6:33)
2. With HIM embrace a mindset of worthiness. ... Philippians 2:5
3. Prioritize self-care & do what brings you joy. ... The joy, the Lord is your strength. Nehemiah 8:10

6. Cultivate self-awareness & understand your desires. ... Matthew 7:1&2
7. Embrace personal growth & self-confidence, & pursue your goals. Proverbs 16:3
