Breaking the Cycle: A Fireside Chat on the State of Poverty in Chicago

Hosted at The Chicago Club in partnership with Concordia University, the Illinois Policy Institute’s Center for Poverty Solutions, and True Charity—bringing together leaders committed to rethinking poverty through dignity, faith, and empowerment.

Professor Rachel Ferguson Director of the Free Enterprise Center at Concordia University Chicago led the discussion and moderated.

Through persistent prayer, dedication, and devotion, we will seek God's face, surrender our lives to His will, and trust in His power to transform us.

As we humble ourselves, pray, and seek God's face, we can expect to experience a revival of faith, a renewal of our spirits, and a demonstration of God's power in our lives.

Join Us:
For 12 weeks, we will come together in prayer, seeking the fire of God to fall upon our lives, igniting a passion for God, and empowering us to live victoriously for Him.

Let's embark on this journey together, expecting God to move mightily in our lives! Join us as we enter into this powerful life changing FIRE FALL prayer challenge. Let’s come humbly with great expectations of the fire of heaven to rain on us.
In a world filled with uncertainty, prayer is no longer an option but necessary. Prayer is our anchor, our comfort, and our strength. We invite the fire as 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 reminds us, "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in every circumstance."
