✨ Fall Silent Prayer Retreat ✨

Registration opens THIS Sunday, August 9th, at 12:00pm!

This retreat is open to women who regularly attend CLF and were not able to attend our Spring Silent Prayer Retreat.

Cost: $185

Your registration includes:
• A private room with your own bathroom
• All bedding and towels
• Access to two full-size refrigerators and a microwave

(Meals are not included.)

If you’ve never experienced a Silent Prayer Retreat before, the idea of an entire weekend without talking might sound intimidating. But those who have gone often describe it as one of the most life-changing weekends of their year.

For one weekend, we intentionally slow down. We set aside the noise, distractions, and constant demands of everyday life. We embrace silence so we can focus on the voice of the Lord, rest in His presence, and allow Him to renew our hearts.

He is waiting for you. 💕

We can’t wait to see who the Lord invites to join us this fall!

As a Women’s Ministry committee, we spent the day together celebrating one of our own as she steps into a new season.

Amber Rose Chamberlin Schraufnagel has faithfully served on the CLF Women’s Ministry Committee for nearly 15 years, making her our longest-standing committee member. She has been there since the very beginning of so many of the ministries that have impacted countless women at CLF… Sisterhood, Arise, Women’s Game Night, and DOK. She has helped dream, build, organize, pray, serve, and lead through every season.

The countless hours she’s poured into this ministry and into the women of CLF can’t be measured. Her faithfulness, servant’s heart, and love for others have left a lasting impact that will continue for years to come.

While we’re sad to see her step away from the committee, we’re also excited to watch what God has in store for her in this next season. We know this isn’t the end of her impact… it’s simply a new chapter, and we can’t wait to see how the Lord continues to use her.

Amber, thank you. Thank you for saying “yes” all those years ago. Thank you for your sacrifice, your leadership, your friendship, and your unwavering heart for the women of CLF. You are deeply loved, and your legacy is woven into the fabric of this ministry.

Our Women's Game Night is coming up this Monday, August 3rd from 6–8 PM, and we'd love to see you there!

Come enjoy a relaxing evening of laughter, community, a bonfire, lawn games, and plenty of snacks. Whether you know everyone or you're coming for the first time, this is a great opportunity to connect with other women in a fun, laid-back setting.

The Wisconsin Northern Michigan Women’s Network will be hosting their 2026 Women’s Conference, As In Heaven, on Saturday, May 30th at Spencer Lake in Waupaca.

All CLF women are invited to attend! We’re especially excited that our very own Youth Pastor’s wife, Trinity Compton, will be speaking at the Heavenly Thoughts breakout session. She’ll be sharing on cultivating a thought life toward your spouse that strengthens and brings life to your marriage.
