From Bro Bill……Here we are in the middle of the triple crown of horse racing and we will have a triple focus at church tomorrow morning May 24. We continue our look at the fruit of the Spirit as we consider Biblical peace, we remember those who gave their lives in service to our country on Memorial Day weekend, and of course we celebrate the birthday of the church on Pentecost Sunday. During our Fruit of the Spirit sermon series, we have been handing out goodies that go along with the sermon. Today, we handed out a card with lots of good scripture and a mini stress fruit that goes along with the series. When we are finished, you will have a bag full of goodies.

This morning, May 3, we continued our discussion of the Fruit of the Spirit at Shannon Methodist at 10 AM. We looked at goodness and it was so good!! We also joined in celebrating Holy Communion. If you don’t have a church home please consider joining us each Sunday. We would love to have you.

Today was the third Sunday of the sermon series, Fruit of the Spirit. This morning we handed out bags and gave you a sticker that said Faithfulness as we welcomed you to church. Faithfulness was the sermon today. Each Sunday you will get something to fill your bag. If you didn’t get a bag and a sticker, we will have them for you next Sunday.

This Sunday, April 26, we continue our look at the fruit of the Spirit as we consider faithfulness. Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. 2 Corinthians 4:2. Shannon Methodist, 10 AM.
