Mayodan Moravian Church We are a Moravian Church established in 1896. We believe in the supremacy of Jesus Christ, our Lord.

We believe that God is our Creator, Jesus Christ is our Savior, and the Holy Spirit comforts, guides, and sustains us. We believe that we have respond back to the Trinity with Faith, Love and Hope. Our Sunday Services are at 11 am with Sunday School for all ages starting at 9:45

We have a Wednesday Night Bible Study starting at 6:45

The LORD opens the eyes of the blind. Psalm 146:8

And he answered them, “Go and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind receive their sight; the lame walk; those with a skin disease are cleansed; the deaf hear; the dead are raised; the poor have good news brought to them.” Luke 7:22

Dear Lord, please lay your hands on us and help us to be agents of healing for the suffering around us. We look to you for comfort and guidance for our lives, and for the people we love. We thank you for sending your son to show us the way. Amen.

Boaz said to Ruth: “May you have a full reward from the LORD, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come for refuge!” Ruth 2:12

For whoever would approach God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. Hebrews 11:6

God, we thank you for being our great protector. We appreciate how you keep us under your wing and love us forever. Help us to be better protectors of the people around us. Amen.

In God, whose word I praise, in the LORD, whose word I praise. Psalm 56:10

And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father’s only son, full of grace and truth. John 1:14

Dear Lord, we ask you to show us your way as we start a new month. Thank you for your son who always knew how to show love and compassion to those around him. May we approach this month to be of good service to those around us. Amen.

Wonderful Creator, your wisdom is greater than we can understand, and your love is all around us. Help us trust you, even when we don’t have all the answers. Let us see the beauty of your world and praise you every day. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
