This Sunday is going to be a great day! We will begin our new study through the book of Galatians. After service we will head over to Lafayette Blue Springs for a church picnic and baptism service.

🙌 We are absolutely overwhelmed today. 🙌

I (pastor Alan) arrived at our church building this evening for Teen Tuesday to find this beautiful van waiting for us — fully detailed, and already bearing our Journey Church name and logo.

It was gifted to us by a generous family who wishes to remain anonymous. They saw a need. They prayed about it. And then they just... met it. Quietly, humbly, and completely.

They've asked to remain anonymous, and we'll honor that. But we want them to know — and we want the world to know — that their kindness has moved us to tears. This isn't just a van. It's a tangible reminder that God is always working, even through people we might least expect.

James 1:17 says, "Every good and perfect gift is from above." Today we felt that with everything in us.

This van will carry students to worship, events, and summer camps. Lord willing it will transport mission teams. It will be dedicated to serve our community and beyond. Every mile it travels will be a testament to the generosity of a family who loves God and loves people.

To our anonymous friends: thank you will never be enough. May God return to you a hundredfold what you have so generously sown. We love you deeply.

To God be ALL the glory. 🙌❤️
