God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.
It's easy to be fearful and afraid when things aren't going well, or when circumstances present unwanted challenges. In the midst of the struggle, God is telling you to be still and to realize who is on your side.
No matter how bad your situation may be, God hasn't and never will leave your side. So step back, open your eyes, open your heart and let God take back control. Be patient, Be still.
