ALTAR-ED: Beyond Recognition
A 4-Week Series on Prayer & Fasting
What happens when prayer stops being a quiet routine and becomes a battlefield?
Starting Sunday, September 6th, Prospect Community Church is embarking on a 4-week journey into the power of prayer and fasting. We believe God will alter our hearts, our families, and our spiritual authority beyond recognition.
Here is a look at where we are headed over the next four weeks:
Sept 6 | Week 1: The Altar of Restored Priorities -
2 Chronicles 7:12-14, Nehemiah 1:1-11
Rebuilding the prayer altar in our homes and getting back to the foundation: Knowing your Bible and praying a lot.
Sept 13 | Week 2: The Altar of Consecration
Mark 9:14-29
Learning how to fast intentionally, starve the flesh, and unlock Kingdom authority to break stubborn strongholds.
Sept 20 | Week 3: The Altar of Fire & Atmospheric Shift
James 5:13-18
Stepping into earnest, fervent prayer for physical healing, family restoration, and spiritual breakthroughs.
Sept 27 | Week 4: The Continuous Altar
Leviticus 6:12-13; Romans 12:1-2
Discovering how to keep the spiritual fire burning in your daily life so daily devotion never grows cold.
