Maury City's services will be canceled.

I have gone back and forth with myself about this all morning, but bottom line is this, I cannot walk to Maury City church without either falling or not being able to get back up the hill to the house because of the sheen of ice on my drive and the parking lot of the church. I am not convinced that it will be totally cleared in time.

If even one person hurt themselves getting to their car, driving, or in the parking lot it would not have been worth it.
Please do worship at home, read your bible, sing a hymn, pray. God Bless everyone and be safe!

This year for charge conference it will be based around a conversation about where we are as a church and where we are going. There are specific questions that we need to be prepared to answer around this. To that end, there will be a meeting to discuss and plan where we are and where we are going next week. Maury City will meet Sunday night at 6 and Floyd's Chapel will meet Thursday night at 6:30. Please spread the word so that we can be prepared to have good discussions and attendance.
