Stopped by the Green Space and we may have lost one tree, a pink lemon, but the rest are coming back. I'll leave the lemon there for a while to make sure. Elderberries, mayhaws and kumquats looking the best.

Watered the orchard today and as dry as it is I'll probably water it again 2moro. Saw some nice deer tracks there so at least something appreciates it.🤣

I haven't posted in a while but I planted some more trees and wanted to show you all how the Green Space is doing. Water is going down and I hope the water was helpful.

I haven't posted in a while but wanted y'all to see the progress in our community orchard. The first pic is where I put a pipe in the ground to keep out the ones turning around and making a mud hole. The rest are the trees today. Some are flowering out really well and others already have small fruit. The Fig trees, lemons, limes, oranges and mahaws are doing really well. The Kumquats will bloom later I hope. The crab apple tree is gonna survive, Lonnie Scott, as well as the Elderberry. Rick Bell gave us some chicken manure and a nice tomato plant is growing out of it. In these times of worry, about the virus, Mother Nature is continuing her work to provide our community a potentially bountiful harvest. Be thankful for Mother Nature.

When life gives you lemons, donate them to charity.

Sheilla Picou's Mothers' Kumquat tree is very fruitful.
