The youth ministry at the Carolinas Christian Assembly in Matthews, NC, “At the Altar”, will be hosting a two day conference on June 13th and 14th for youth and young adults and we are looking to invite any and all who would like to come!

The theme will be Radical Love where we take a deep dive into God’s love and what that means for us. This will be a time of worship, hearing from God’s word, and fellowship with other believers.

Carolinas Christian Assembly (CCA), based in Matthews, NC, seeks a spirit-filled, visionary, and mission-driven leader to serve as our Senior Pastor. We seek an excellent communicator of God’s Word, passionate about serving a diverse, multilingual congregation, and dedicated to advancing God’s kingdom.

For 22 years, CCA has ministered to the South Asian community across North and South Carolina. Our congregation, rooted in Pentecostal faith and affiliated with the Assemblies of God, embodies a vibrant blend of cultures, primarily from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Northern India, with an average weekly attendance of 100 members. Sunday services are in English, complemented by Indian-language songs, creating a rich worship experience.

✅ U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Senior, Associate, or Youth Pastor, with a passion for multi-lingual and inter-denominational ministry.
✅ Proficiency in Indian languages is a bonus.
✅ Married, aged 40–60, and ready to relocate to Charlotte, NC, with your family.
