Thursday was our last work day with both teams finishing up their list of projects.

Dave's team continues to build the garages and add roofing, while Bob & Scotts team finishes the small projects close by Mt. Drum.

Scott refinished the Mt. Drum sign. Rob and Bob cleaned the Bible Center main structure for kids.

Scott and Bob went to the Art Studio and cut 100 sections of 4 ft deck boards for the handicapped ramp.

Sad to say goodbye to the kids today on our last day of Vacation Bible School. Trusting in the fact that while we are not in control, Jesus is and we got done exactly what He knew we would and we trust Him to cause what we plant and water to grow. To God alone be the Glory!

On Wednesday the Work Teams once again organized into 2 groups with David heading back south with Carl, Skywalker, Andrew and Larry Don. They continued the garage/workshop addition to Bishops homestead. This is a long process that takes patience, skills and perseverance to get the structure built. Great Job Team!

Scott and Bob headed south to the Wrangle Mountain Homestead for more cleanup.

Wednesdays weather was spectacular as they tackled the on-site Green House. The inside was left as is since 2009.

This was a full functioning commercial Green House with areas to grow vegetables in the short Alaskan summer season.

The goal was to prepare it for the August cool weather crops.

Good Afternoon St Paul, Famlies and Friends.

Yesterday we had an Amazing Day with our work projects.
Dave took his crew back south of Mt. Drum to continue the garage build.

Scott, Rob and Bob stayed at Mt. Drum to work on our "Church Honey Due List".

While Rob w**d wacked the property into submission, Scott and Bob put in new wood blinds in the Church, installed extra towel bars and hooks in the bathrooms and landry area. Bob installed a new locking main entrance door assembly that was diagnosed as the problem last year.

Scott and Bob then recarpeted the front entrance deck landing.

After VBS/Sports Camp was done, both teams headed to Grizzlies Pizza for dinner and fellowship. Bill and Marianne are gracious hosts.

Good Afternoon St Paul, Famlies and Friends.

Wow are we busy and humbled to be here serving in Alaska.

This morning Dave headed south to help Bishop on his homestead project of garages attached to his workshop with Larry Don, Carl, Andrew and Skywalker.

Scott, Rob and Bob heading South to the Wrangle Homestead for clearing debris out of one of the barns and shed. We emptied the sheds and barn and threw out the junk and arraged the tools and equipment for use after shoveling out 2 to 3 inches of debris that had been accumulating since the last people left here in 2009.

Stay tuned for updates.
