VICTORY COVID VACCINE SITE

Vaccinations - Saturday, May 1st - 9am - 4pm

Victory, along with Resource Connect, Ms. Benita Rucker, will host a Covid-19 Vaccination event at Victory Apostolic Church, 20801 Matteson Avenue, Matteson, IL.

Emerge MedStaffing will be administering the Moderna 1st Dose Vaccination.

You must preregister on the link provided to ensure that you will receive the vaccination. https://events.juvare.com/IL-IDPH/qqvjg-8/

Though you will not be charged, it is imperative that you fill in the insurance information box. Any insurance you have including Medicare/Medicaid can be entered. In lieu of having insurance, your driver license number can be entered to get the vaccine. Please bring your insurance or driver license information with you.

Walk-ins can receive the vaccine based on availability of vaccines remaining after those who preregistered. If you have any questions please contact 888-855-2995.
