Dayspring is made up of a diverse group of people who love Jesus. We have a conviction that Christ called us to be a light of hope and a voice of invitation to those who do not know the peace of Jesus. Our desire is to see freedom and transformation come to us all!

"The last time you did this was 40 years ago; this is holy ground"--Bruce Hamsher. Indeed, the last time Dayspring installed a Lead Pastor was 1986. Pastor Jim isn't going anywhere but he has been called to take new ground in Marketplace Ministry so yesterday, Pastor Jim passed the mantle of Lead Pastor to Pastor Sean. Sean asked his grandfather, Joe Schrock to share the message and he shared of being called to pastor Maple Grove for 24 years and then to do missionary work in Botswana for 3. He urged Sean to remember his call when things are difficult. Extra meaningful to have 3 of Sean's co-workers from Lake Center Christian School come and honor Sean's transition. Dayspring has been in their shoes sending loved ones to minister other places and we acknowledge their difficult releasing of Sean to us. Also very honoring to have 6 that we've released to pastor elsewhere be back with us for this celebration. Thank you Randy & Larissa, Terry & Joanne, and Matt & Aubrey.
