Our Sunday school theme this week was, "God Washes Us Clean." After the bible lesson, our kids completed a paper mache heart craft. We then headed outside to make giant bubbles! By the end of it, I think it's safe to say we were all washed clean 😆🫧

Praise God for our children, our volunteers, and for the space to have fun like this here at Central Presbyterian Church. 🙏

With hearts full of gratitude and excitement, we are thrilled to welcome Rev. Megan Benjamin and her family to Central Presbyterian Church!

Rev. Megan will officially begin her ministry with us on July 1, and we are excited to see how God will work through her leadership, faith, and gifts in the life of our church and community.

Please join us in praying for Megan and her family as they prepare for this transition. We look forward to walking alongside them and celebrating all that God has in store for Central Presbyterian.

Heavenly Father,

As another school year comes to a close, we lift up our teachers, students, staff, administrators, and families to You.

We pray for teachers finishing this season weary. Renew their spirits and remind them how deeply they have impacted young lives. We pray for students as they celebrate accomplishments and move into new seasons. Be with school staff and administrators as they finish strong, and surround families with rest and meaningful time together this summer.

Lord, bless every classroom represented in our community. Keep our children safe, guide their steps, and help all of us continue to grow in wisdom, kindness, and faith. Amen.

This weekend’s plans with pastoral candidate Megan Benjamin and her family have been postponed. Tentatively, the meet-and-greet will be moved to next Friday evening, with her candidate sermon and congregational meeting taking place next Sunday.
More details will be shared as plans are finalized.
