We made it through the week—and we're back home!

What an amazing experience it has been. Our church group spent the week working hard on three different projects for three different families. From painting and roofing to repairs and improvements, every task was an opportunity to serve others and share the love of Christ.

What a blessing it was to help these families and, in return, meet some incredible people and make new friends along the way. We are tired, grateful, and filled with so many wonderful memories.

This was definitely a week to remember. Thank you, Lord, for the opportunity to be Your hands and feet and for the lives that were touched—ours included. ❤️

We've made it to day 4! It is getting hotter and our bodies more tired, but the work continues. We are so blessed to be part of this mission and experience!

We have had a very busy two days! Painting, roofing, installing windows... what a blessing it has been not only to help others, but also to meet new friends from all over Texas and Arkansas. We have enjoyed visiting with our clients and sharing in devotionals and worship, and we have squeezed in some fun basketball as well! What an amazing experience this has been! We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and can't wait to see what God does over the next three days as we complete our projects.
(Pastor Thomas has been working on a project out of town so I have not been able to get pictures of him yet. )

We have made it to Comanche, we've been placed on our work teams, visited our clients, had dinner and an amazing evening of praise and worship!!!
We are ready to be the hands and feet of God this week - but pray for the old lady(Jenni) - it's hot out here!!!!

What a fun evening! ⚾️
The baseball game, the kids, and the fellowship made for a perfect summer night out. We are so thankful for the opportunity to spend time together, make memories, and enjoy the blessings of community and friendship. Nights like these remind us how special it is to simply be together!

What an amazing five days of Vacation Bible School!
Our church was filled with laughter, energy, and the joy of children learning about God's love. We had a full house each evening as children gathered for Bible stories, worship, crafts, outdoor recreation, and dinner.
Although our block party was cut short by the rain, it didn't stop us from having a wonderful time together! We enjoyed watching the children share what they learned throughout the week and spent time outside on the inflatables while enjoying snow cones, hot dogs, and street corn. Even with the unexpected weather, God blessed us with a fantastic celebration.
We are grateful for every volunteer who gave their time, every family who entrusted us with their children, and every child who joined us for this unforgettable week. Thank you to everyone who prayed, served, donated, and helped make VBS possible.
God is so good, and we are blessed to have shared this special week together!
