The Maryville Cumberland Presbyterian Church was organized on August 28, 1914, with nine members. The building was dedicated on August 30, 1914, and starting in 1919 used by Everett School for classes during the week. In 1956, the old landmark church building was torn down and a new brick structure took its place. Through its span of ministry, to this date, the church has been served by 30 ministers beginning with Rev. Ronald Longmire, the present minister. We look forward to what the future holds for us in God's service. Sunday School starts at 9:30 am with a traditional Morning Worship Service to follow at 10:30 am. Our church provides a number of different Sunday School classes for all ages. We offer a nursery during Sunday School as well as the morning Worship Service.

Good morning everyone, here are the stats on our garden for this year.
For those who don't know, we have grown veggies in a garden on church property and donated ALL to Meals on Wheels.
Yellow squash: 284 pounds
Tomatoes: 73 pounds
Green beans: 464 pounds
Planted, worked, picked, and delivered by 37 volunteers.
Thanks to everyone that helped out!!

Picking more veggies tonight. Tomorrow morning we will break beans if anyone is interested in helping.
