One of our mission partners, Shiloh Christian Children’s Ranch, is getting ready for its annual open house, and we have the opportunity to jump in and help!

Shiloh provides Christian homes for abused, neglected, and at-risk children while caring for their spiritual, emotional, social, and physical needs. We’re so excited to spend some time serving alongside them!

This work weekend is open to all ages, and we would LOVE to see families come serve together!

We’ll be helping with things like landscaping, cleaning up the property, and getting things ready for their open house.

📅 September 4–5
🚐 Leave Copper Creek: Friday at 4:00 PM
🏡 Return: Saturday around 4:30 PM

Can’t stay the whole weekend? THAT’S OKAY! If you can only come Friday OR Saturday, we would still love to have you! And kids are absolutely welcome to come along. There’s a place for everyone to serve!

Come be the hands and feet of Jesus and help us bless an incredible ministry right here in our area. ❤️

What are you chasing? Sometimes the hardest things to recognize aren’t the bad things we’re pursuing. Sometimes they’re good things. Gifts from God. Ministry. Success. Relationships. Purpose. Even things He gave us can slowly become the thing we’re chasing instead of the One who gave them.

And all the while, Jesus is still pursuing us. Not standing at a distance waiting for us to get it together. Not giving up when we wander. Just faithfully, relentlessly coming after us, even while we’re busy chasing everything but Him.

This isn’t a guilt trip. It’s a heart check.

What am I pursuing? What am I chasing after? And has anything (even something good) taken the place of Jesus?

The Shepherd still leaves the 99.
He still comes looking.

And maybe today is simply an invitation to stop running after everything else and turn toward the One who has been pursuing us all along. ❤️

SOS: Nursery Team Needed! 🚨Copper Creek is growing, and that means our nursery is growing too. ❤️ And what a good problem to have!

But with more little ones joining our church family, we have a BIG need for a few more people willing to love on our littlest Copper Creek kiddos.

Family Sunday is coming up next week, and one of the things we love about Family Sunday is getting our church family together, including the people who faithfully serve our kids every single week.

Right now, our Kids Minister will need to spend Family Sunday in the nursery unless we can get a few more helping hands.
So… we’re calling in reinforcements! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

If you can rock a baby, play on the floor, hand out snacks, or simply be an extra set of loving hands, WE NEED YOU!

And parents of babies, PLEASE hear this: keep bringing those babies. 🥹❤️ This is not a “too many babies” problem. This is a look at how God is growing our church family opportunity, and we want to build a team ready to love them well.

One of our mission partners, Mosaic, could use some extra hands this week! They are looking for volunteers to help hang artwork and build furniture as they get things ready.
