Seeds of Grace Seeds of Grace exist to Provide: Temporary Relief and Hands-On Resources through Purposeful Relationships. Hours: Open on most Tuesdays and Thursdays 11-2pm.

THE SEEDS OF GRACE RESOURCE EXCHANGE offers pantry type foods, limited hygiene resources, individual food bags and cold weather type items by appointment on TUESDAYS 2-4pm (Also available Thursdays 2-4pm upon request.) It is our desire to help:
1) families and individuals needing food on a temporary or emergency need basis.
2) those who would like to create and successfully complete a personal ac

tion plan of next steps toward independence. We believe it takes a team and a relationship-building approach to help those on the margins of society find their way back toward the center, and connecting them with the resources they may need. Taking an “asset-based” approach, Seeds desires to offer tools that can grow an individual's life skills, education, family, individual and household support, drug and alcohol rehab, and much more.
