Marysville Churches

Marysville Churches Marysville Churches is a group of pastors who gather together and uplift and serve the community as one collective body of believers.

The Pastors of MAPA commit to cultivate our unity in two ways,
- To regularly meet to Promote loving relationships for encouragement and prayer.
- To partner together to tangibly Proclaim the Gospel through word and deed. We believe doctrinal infighting between Christian traditions makes a mockery of Jesus’ prayer for unity and makes us ineffectual in making the Christ known to the world. (John 1

7:22-23) We recognized that there are doctrinal differences between various communions of the Christian faith; however our unity is in Jesus not in the specifics of each congregation’s unique set of beliefs, practices and values. We believe that the pursuit of unity should never cause a compromise on our pursuit of sound teaching. In this way, we each seek to live out the Bible’s commands to have right doctrine (1 Timothy 4:16; Titus 1:9, 2:1), to love our Christian brothers and sisters (1 Peter 4:8; 1 John 4:7-21), to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15) and to avoid unnecessary divisions (Romans 16:17; 1 Corinthians 1:10, 12:25; Titus 3:10). More than anything, we want to honor Christ as the Lord over all of life.

This morning was the Extreme Room Makeover of the room in the Marysville Micro Extended Shelter House Damascus Road Church adopted!

Furnishing this room (along with rooms furnished by other Marysville churches!!) will provided a warm and welcoming home for three local women who are coming out of homelessness.

We prayed over this space that it would be a place of refuge, freedom, and renewal for the women who make their home here. It's such a peaceful location!
