Summer Worship Schedule Begins June 7
Summer in the Pacific Northwest is such a special time! Our active congregation loves to get out, appreciate the sunshine, and enjoy a more relaxed pace of life. To accommodate looser summer schedules, we will begin our summer worship schedule this Sunday, June 7th and will have one worship service at 10 am. Please make sure you adjust your calendar accordingly!

We will be having a potluck after worship on June 7th. Bring a dish to share and let's celebrate and kick off summer the Methodist way!

Graduation/Move Up Sunday and POTLUCK! June 7
Tomorrow, June 7, we will honor our High School graduates at our 10:00 am worship service. We will also recognize all our young people who are growing and moving up from one church ministry to another. Parents, there will also be information for you as your child moves from nursery care to Kid’s Club, or from Kid’s Club to Youth Group.
We will also welcome new members to our congregation and then continue to celebrate all of these things with a potluck after worship.

Save the Date for Summer Twilight Gatherings!
Join our Pastors and the Family Ministry team Wednesday nights through July for a children, youth and adult inter-generational experience as we explore stories of animals in the bible. There will be fun for everyone!
July 8th we will begin with dinner at 6:00 pm and our program will begin at 6:30 pm including blessing of the animals. So bring you beloved pet to be blessed by Pastor Meredith.

There will be a Bible story/devotion, music, games/activities and lots of fun. All are welcome to join us so save the dates! July 8, 15, 22 & 29th.

Summer Kids Club
This summer, Kids Club will continue to meet on Sunday mornings in a one room class model and we will be using the Sparkhouse summer curriculum. There are five bible stories we will focus on and we will learn about them for two weeks each through crafts, games, science and music. Just like a Vacation Bible School but on Sunday mornings. We will continue to have no Kids club on the first Sunday of the month when there is communion, but Jr. Joy Birds will have an activity during the sermon. You won't want to miss it!

Serve Sunday, June 14
Our next Serve Sunday will be June 14th right after worship. We will continue to do some Spring cleaning around our landscape and education wing. So how does this all work? Come to church and worship, then afterward pick a project from the trustees’ list that interests you. Supplies & instructions will be provided. Serve as little or as long as you’d like! Make a new friend and have fun! There will be something for all ages and abilities to serve.

Coffee with the Pastors, June 14
Are you new to our congregation? Come get to know the congregation and Pastor Meredith a bit better. We'll meet after worship in the Green room. Pastor Meredith can get to know you, and you'll be able to ask questions about the church in a casual environment. Everyone is welcome! 11:00 am Service Town Hall
Everyone who enjoys participating in the 11:00 am Contemplative Worship Service is invited to a Town hall discussion on Sunday, May 31 immediately following worship in the Green Room. We’ve changed the Order of Worship and the style of this service in this year, and we’d love a chance to get feedback. What is most important to you about the worship service? What is helpful and less helpful? What would you like to see? Pastor Meredith would love feedback to consider over the summer as we prepare for another season together in the fall. See you there!
