Why partake in Communion?

🩸We pause to remember the incredible sacrifice Jesus made for us on the cross.

🩸Communion is a sacred time of reflection, gratitude, and renewal as we honor His body that was broken and His blood that was shed for the forgiveness of our sins.

🩸It is also a reminder of the love, grace, and promise we have through Christ.

When you partake in communion, you are to examine your hearts, draw closer to God, and remember his love, grace, and the price He paid for our salvation. We are united as one body in Him.

📖 “And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave sit to them, saying, ‘This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.’

Today’s outreach project was truly amazing! We were blessed with the opportunity to serve and encourage our community by distributing over 80 laundry packets. Each packet included a Tide pod, dryer sheet, coins, and a church invitation.

Various groups of members spread out across our community, visiting laundromats, apartment complexes, stores, and other locations to bless others in a simple but meaningful way. While it may not have seemed like much, we pray that every packet shared was a reminder that someone cares and that “God’s love” is always present.

As we served today, we were reminded of Isaiah 1:18: “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow…” Just as clothes can be washed and made clean, God’s grace has the power to cleanse, restore, and make us new.
If you don’t have a church home and are looking for a place where the love of God is shown, stop by and pay us a visit! We promise you won’t leave the way you came! ❤️

Another epic Rainbow Tea in the books! 🌈☕️

God is forever faithful! He continues to keep His promises and constantly pours out His grace upon us. Today, we were reminded of just how amazing God’s grace truly is—and how, as followers of Christ, we are called to extend that same grace daily in every area of our lives: at work, at church, at home, and everywhere in between.

Just as a tea bag must steep to reach its fullest potential, we too must remain steeped in God’s grace so He can continue to grow, strengthen, and shape us into who He has called us to be.

We had an incredible time of fellowship, laughter, and love. Thankful for another blessed Rainbow Tea and all who helped make it special! 💚🌈✨

We proudly honored our graduates! 🎓✨

Pictured is Sis. Shalita Armstrong, who earned her Master of Science in Nursing and is currently preparing to take her Nurse Practitioner boards. What an incredible accomplishment!

Also recognized was Maria Colleen Jennings, represented by her mother, Shemeka Jennings. Maria earned her Bachelor of Science in History, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and was recognized as a History Research Scholar.

We also honored Zaria Armstrong, whose gift was accepted by her stepmother, Sis. Shalita Armstrong. Zaria graduated earning both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fashion Design — an amazing accomplishment!

We are incredibly proud of these graduates and celebrate their hard work, dedication, and bright futures. May God continue to order their steps and bless all they do! 💙
