Good morning precious friends
As we live in a world where boundaries are the buzzword and for good reason . I want to encourage us all today to ask if God is telling us to set boundaries as. Much as this culture does .
There are many who have set severe boundaries because they need more healing for their own souls and some relationships make them painfully aware of that . Triggers are not the proof we need to set a boundary . But they are proof that God is inviting us into His wholeness for us . We many times separate from those He has called us to love well and to reveal His fullness to but we can’t because we see them as one sent to harm us . This is the enemy . Oh beloved church we must must must pursue Him as healer of our souls . The harvest can and will be very un whole and we must be healed and getting more healing or we will separate from the one He has called us to walk with through their own healing .
Praying psalm 139 :23-24 over us today
God I invite your searching haze into my heart . Examine me through and through :find out everything that is hidden within me . Put me to the test and sift through all my anxious cares. See if there is ( any) path of pain I’m walking on, and lead me back to your glorious everlasting ways - the path that brings me back to you .
King Jesus comes to free His bride from every spot and wrinkle . I see His standard and beautiful example of the exchange of love with every disciple - even the one who was immediately to go betray him .
That’s not pop psychology but it is Truth .
I love you each today and I pray for your prosperity in spirit, souls and body .

Thinking that everything is catastrophic when it’s really not is a trauma response that has to be removed out of our thinking

It’s an over reaction to small things that really aren’t a big deal

This can be changed by the renewing of our minds with Gods Truths

But first the root of fear must be removed

Not minimizing or pretending it isn’t real but

There is an onslaught of anxiety and depression that has descended upon the body of Christ

Some of you are sensing the atmosphere and have taken it on as yours when it’s an assignment for prayer

Some of this is due to real medical issues

Some of it is due to lack of caring for our physical and mental health in an appropriate manner

But Much of this is due to circumstances

There is a real answer in the midst of these types of trying times

Gratitude and Generosity they are a power dynamic that can break the chains of hopelessness if lived in a continual consistent way

Gratitude brings your view higher and off the temporary earthly issues at hand and will quickly open your eyes to a greater eternal view instead

Jesus modeled for us that gratitude and blessing what we have been given, rather spiritually or naturally will be multiplied for us

Gratitude is like wearing a magnet for favor

Gratitude is a garment that draws His presence and in His presence is fullness of Joy

So you see He has given us a key here an antidote to a negative trying to take over many lives

Generosity removes the self focused and centered way we can live far too often

The more me focused I live the more depressed I would become

Find someone who needs the same things you do and be the one to minister it to them rather in prayer or in giving tangible things

This will break the lure of self centered and me focused living

The more we focus on us and our little world the deeper the depression goes . Why ?

Because we weren’t designed to live in isolation or as an island to ourselves

God created us to live other centered; that is the essence of Love

Again as with gratitude, living from a generous lifestyle multiplies back into your own life when your in need

Two very important keys for living free from anxiety and depression

Gratitude and Generosity work together to take us higher
They are like wind beneath our wings

Jesus lived this as a model for us as He went early to pray
He was Father focused and that set the course for His day

He was gratitude in living color and generous to the least deserving

May we be those who live from the realm of generous gratitude !
