Sunday School Location Update – This Sunday

Adult Sunday School Leaders,
Due to water damage in the Education Wing, the Sunday School classes located there will be displaced this Sunday.
A combined adult Sunday School class will be held in the Worship Center, led by Pastor Bryan, with the lesson from Bible Studies For Life. Each class may decide whether to meet off campus or join the class in the Worship Center.

Other Sunday School locations will remain as follows:

Nurseries: All three nurseries will remain in their usual locations.
Kindergarten–3rd Grade: Fellowship Hall
4th–5th Grade: Choir Room
Student Life Center: Classes will remain in their usual locations.

We are hoping this disruption will only be for this week. More information regarding the recovery plan is forthcoming.

Good morning, church family! We wanted to give you an important update regarding this Sunday’s schedule.

Due to water damage in portions of the Education Building and old foyer, we will not have Sunday School this Sunday morning. Cleanup and drying work is already underway in the affected areas.

Our 10:30 AM worship service will take place as scheduled in the Worship Center.

Our worship pastor candidate will also still be with us this weekend, so we encourage everyone to join us Sunday morning as we worship together.

Again, the only change to Sunday’s schedule is the cancellation of Sunday School. Worship will begin at the regular time of 10:30 AM.

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding, and we look forward to seeing everyone Sunday!

Westview staff would like to thank everyone who has reached out to check on the church and ask how they can help after today’s storm and water got inside. We are so grateful for the calls, messages, prayers, and offers to lend a hand.

Master Dry has been by the church and will be handling the necessary service and cleanup. For now, there is no need for volunteers or additional help.

Thank you again for caring for Westview and for being such a supportive church family. We’ll keep you updated as we move forward! 🙏

We had some very excited kids at Westview tonight for our final Water Evening!

The kids learned about having faith through Matthew 14 and the story of “Walking on Water.” It was a busy and fun evening filled with Store, ice cream, water games, and, of course, our Bible lesson! 📖🍦

What a fun Wednesday night! 🔥

Tonight’s lesson, “Free From the Fiery Furnace,” taught us about Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and how God was with them through the fire.

After the lesson, the kids cooled off with water balloon games, got creative with rock painting, and enjoyed a sweet treat with ice cream! 🍦

We’re already looking forward to next Wednesday as we dive into “Walking on Water!” 🌊

Through games, activities, and Bible teaching, our kids learned that just like a tiny seed grows into something amazing, God can do incredible things through lives that are rooted in Him.
